Amanda did an amazing job at selling my condo. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to sell my home! With Amanda I received multiple offers on my condo and I received a substantial amount more than my asking price! She provided us with a detailed market evaluation and specific details as to what we needed to do to make our home sell. Amanda made selling our house so easy.... the appointment to get the ball rolling was painless and effortless. Our listing was up the next day, the website updated, and the photos and feature sheets looked great. Amanda's assistant kept us informed daily as to the showing feedback and gave us ample notice when she booked showings. I never knew selling my house would be so easy..... lets hope packing is!!

We had the privilege to search with Amanda
for a condominium that best suited our needs and we really could not have asked for anyone better to not only guide us, but inform us of what to look for when purchasing a new home. As we are first-time home buyers, we were a little bit on the nervous side during our initial search; however, with Amanda's extremely personable approach, and her obvious knowledge in the real estate business, she helped us by pointing out what to look for and what to avoid during this process. She was never too rushed with us, as I am sure most agents tend to be with a younger couple (I have also heard of this from friends who have looked for houses), and she always treated us like a priority. When we were looking to purchase a home in Winnipeg,
we were led to Amanda Dehn because she reminded us of another Re/Max real estate agent from Red Deer, AB. As we began looking in earnest for a home, we were asked to list our needs and wants. Being from Alberta, one of my listed wants was "a view of the mountains". We looked at a few properties but were told "that isn't the one for you...that isn't the one for you. "We want you in this property because we think it is a perfect fit." We viewed the "perfect fit" property and with Amanda's great patience and assistance wrote up what she described as a "very good" offer. Later that evening we were informed that our offer had been success and that the vendors were so impressed they wanted to meet us. In what could only be described as a "win-win-win" situation we were super impressed with how Amanda Dehn worked both for the mutual benefit of the vendor as well as for ourselves in our first venture into the explosive Winnipeg real estate market. And as for the "view of the mountains" well, Amanda Dehn wasn't quite able to deliver, but a stroll down the street brings us to a view of Mount Allison Bay! Thanks for making our transition from renter to buyer a painless venture. And should they still be around when it comes time to sell, they will have a repeat customer this time as a vendor.
